Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website ShowTimeEvent.com and any of its related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, vendors, artists, and any other party interacting with Showtime Event in any capacity — whether browsing the site, submitting an enquiry, or booking a service.

Our Services

Showtime Event is a professional event management company that provides a wide range of services, including but not limited to:

• Corporate event planning and execution (conferences, award nights, annual days, product launches, dealer meets, team building, offsites, and more)
• Wedding and social event management
• Artist management and celebrity bookings (singers, dancers, DJs, comedians, anchors, motivational speakers, and more)
• Live entertainment services (concerts, sand art, live painting, mimicry, musical pheras, and more)
• Event rentals (casino tables, mojo barricades, Q-managers, sound, lighting, stage fabrication, and more)
• Fashion shows, college events, exhibitions, and brand activations
• Photography, videography, and media coverage coordination

The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines for any specific engagement will be defined in the individual booking confirmation or service agreement shared with the client.

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed in writing — via email, WhatsApp, or a signed service agreement. An enquiry or verbal discussion does not constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

• The client has provided all required event details (date, venue, guest count, service requirements, etc.)
• The client has received a written quotation or confirmation from Showtime Event
• The agreed advance payment or booking amount has been received by Showtime Event

Showtime Event reserves the right to decline any booking request without stating a reason.

Payments & Pricing

All prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Pricing may vary based on event type, date, location, artist availability, duration, and other factors.

Standard payment structure:

• An advance/booking amount (typically 30–50% of the total) is required to confirm the booking.
• The balance amount is due before or on the day of the event, as specified in the quotation.
• For artist and celebrity bookings, higher advance percentages may apply.
• All payments must be made through the official payment channels shared by Showtime Event.

Late payments may result in service delays, cancellation, or additional charges. Showtime Event is not responsible for any loss caused by non-payment within the agreed timeline.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. The following cancellation terms generally apply:

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: advance is refundable minus administrative costs.
• Cancellation 15–30 days before the event: 50% of the advance may be forfeited.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before the event: the entire advance is non-refundable.
• Cancellation within 72 hours or on the event day: full payment may be charged.
• For artist bookings, cancellation terms are subject to the artist's own policy and may be stricter.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful execution, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete event details in a timely manner.
• Share venue permissions, event schedules, and any venue-specific restrictions well in advance.
• Ensure a safe, legally compliant environment for our team, artists, and equipment.
• Arrange for any necessary permits, licenses, and insurance required by the venue or local authorities.
• Provide adequate power supply, parking, and logistical support where required.
• Ensure responsible behaviour by guests towards our staff, artists, and equipment.

Any damage to equipment, venue, or harm to personnel caused by the client or their guests may result in additional charges.

Artist & Celebrity Bookings

Showtime Event acts as an intermediary between the client and artists/celebrities. The following terms apply:

• Artist availability is subject to change until booking is confirmed in writing.
• The artist's performance duration, content, and requirements are governed by the artist's own terms.
• Any travel, accommodation, hospitality, or technical requirements will be charged additionally.
• The client must not record, reproduce, or distribute the artist's performance without prior written consent.
• In case of artist cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, Showtime Event will make best efforts to arrange a suitable replacement or offer an appropriate refund.

Equipment & Venue Rentals

For rented equipment (casino tables, mojo barricades, sound, lighting, stage, etc.):

• A security deposit may be required depending on the equipment and event type.
• The client is responsible for the safe keeping of all rented items during the event.
• Any loss, damage, or missing items will be charged at replacement value.
• Delivery, setup, and pickup timings will be arranged as per the agreed schedule.
• The client must ensure the venue has appropriate access, power, and space for installation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, layouts, and design elements — is the property of Showtime Event or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this website without prior written permission from Showtime Event.

Photography & Media Usage

Showtime Event and its partners may photograph or record events we manage for the purpose of documentation, marketing, and portfolio use. By booking our services, you grant Showtime Event the right to use such photographs and videos on our website, social media, and promotional materials.

If you wish to opt out of photography or media coverage, please inform us in writing prior to the event. We will make reasonable efforts to comply.

Force Majeure

Showtime Event shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or cancellation caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, transport failures, venue cancellations, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer an alternative arrangement.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every effort to ensure smooth execution, Showtime Event's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Showtime Event shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of business, loss of reputation, or loss of opportunity.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Showtime Event, its employees, partners, artists, and representatives harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our website or services at any time, without prior notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful, harmful, or abusive behaviour.

Third-Party Services

Some of our services may involve third-party vendors, artists, venues, or service providers. Showtime Event will coordinate with these parties on your behalf, but we are not responsible for their individual actions, policies, or service quality. Any additional terms imposed by third parties will be communicated to the client where applicable.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR, India.

Changes to Terms

Showtime Event reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
